NAPTOSA slams late Grade R teacher salaries in KZN
Updated | By Celumusa Zulu
Teachers Union NAPTOSA in KZN says it's unacceptable that salaries for Grade R educators weren't paid on time.

KZN Education promised teachers would be paid their salaries yesterday following delays.
Naptosa's Therona Moodley said some teachers are yet to be paid.
She says these delays happen every April and has called on the Department to get their act together.

" Naptosa has been inundated with members who have not received the payments and be really concerned because like everybody, they have debit orders that go up and commitments that have to be met.
"Already, Grade R practitioners do not receive the benefits and the salaries of educators despite doing the same job.
And now every April we have this drama unfold where these educators are not paid on time or their tax instructions are incorrect.
