Minister to brief media on SA withdrawal from ICC

Justice Minister Michael Masutha is expected to address the media this morning over reports that South Africa is withdrawing from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
It's been a year since South Africa first announced its intention to leave the ICC in the aftermath of the Al Bashir saga.
The Sudanese President visited Johannesburg for an AU summit and the government ignored an ICC court order to arrest him on charges of genocide and war crimes.
Last week, Burundi said they will become the first state to withdraw from the Rome Statute.
