Man accused of Simba Mhere's death back in court
Updated | By News24
The man who allegedly caused the accident which killed Top Billing presenter, Simba Mhere and his friend, Kady-Shay O'Bryan will appear in the Randburg Magistrate's Court again today.

Preshalin Naidoo faces two counts of culpable homicide, and charges related to reckless and negligent driving following the crash early on January 31, last year.
The pair was killed in a car accident on William Nicol Drive in Bryanston.
Mhere's father Joseph survived the crash. O'Bryan had a three-year-old daughter.
In previous testimony a witness, Mamokete Laka, said she was coming home from a church service with her mother and brother and they saw the crash in front of them.
She said Naidoo kept apologising and said he had fallen asleep.
She added that he had smelt as though he had been drinking alcohol but she did not mention it to police at the time.
