Malema backs Mkhwanazi, says EFF has a place for him
Updated | By Tsakane Mhlongo
EFF Leader Julius Malema says South Africa needs more police officers like KZN Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.

He made the remark during the party's 12th anniversary celebrations in Khayelitsha in Cape Town yesterday.
KZN's top cop has been making headlines since exposing alleged political interference within the criminal justice system.
Malema told supporters that if Mkhwanazi is removed from his position, there'll be a place waiting for him in the EFF.

"“We are calling upon more Mkhwanazis in the police to come out and fight crime and syndicates that have captured the police and our country.”
“We will not sit back and allow our country to be controlled by drug syndicates. Mkhwanazi, do not be shaken. If they fire you, there is a position waiting for you in the EFF, so we can continue fighting corruption in South Africa," said Malema.
