Outspoken ANC MP, Makhosi Khoza's disciplinary hearing has been moved to this weekend.
The ANC in KZN's released a statement saying the hearing will now take place on Sunday, September 17.
Proceedings were meant to get underway yesterday but Khoza failed to arrive.
Instead, she sent a representative to appear before the Provincial Disciplinary Committee on her behalf.
This was due to threats allegedly made against her. The party’s Mdumiseni Ntuli says Khoza is being given a second chance.
"Instead of being fired, she has been afforded another opportunity to come back on Sunday. In addition to that, she has also been given an opportunity to meet with ANC representatives in a pre-trial," he says.

He says the party is disappointed by her non-appearance.
"The ANC is disappointed that even after two months - having been informed about the hearing and the date at which it will be taking place, she still came through her representative unprepared," he says.
Khoza is facing disciplinary action for allegedly bringing the party into disrepute. She has made several public calls for President Jacob Zuma to step down from office.
