Maimane to lay charges against Zuma
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
Mmusi Maimane feels it's the ANC that should be recalled and not just President Jacob Zuma.
He's made the statement while announcing that he'll lay criminal charges today against Zuma, the Guptas and various ministers - he believes have been "captured."
Maimane held a press briefing yesterday following explosive reports by the City Press and the Sunday Times newspapers over emails that revealed the Gupta family's influence over South Africa's state of affairs.

The DA leader says he's written to National Assembly Speaker - Baleka Mbete - to establish an ad hoc committee to probe state capture.
"I maintain that in 2019 - we must look forward to a coalition-led government. As multiple reports are proving, the rot has gone. It is the betrayal of the promise of South Africans. Without doubt, if you retain the ANC in power you will simply have a different front to the mafia state but ultimately, the mafia state will continue," he said.
The president survived a motion of no confidence during the weekend's NEC meeting.
