Magudumana bail application verdict to be heard on Monday
Judgement in Dr Nandipha Magudumana's bail application is expected to be handed down today in the Bloemfointein Magistrate's Court.
Magudumana is accused of helping convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester escape from a Mangaung prison over a year ago.
She was arrested with Bester in Tanzania in April apparently while they were about to cross the border into Kenya.

During her bail hearing the court heard that she was taken out of the country against her will and had little say in the matter.
But the State argued that if that had been the case she should have opened a criminal case against Bester.
