Magashule's former PA to appear in Bloemfontein court
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
The former personal assistant of ex- Free-State Premier, Ace Magashule, will make her first appearance in the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Monday morning.

Moroadi Cholota was extradited from the United States to South Africa last week.
It's in connection with a multi-million-rand asbestos tender corruption case involving Magashule and other officials.
She was initially a state witness, but landed in hot water when she failed to cooperate with the state in this matter.
A red alert notice, for suspects evading the law, was issued through Interpol after attempts to get her back to the country failed.
The R255 million project was meant to oversee the removal of asbestos roofing from affected homes.

Legal expert Sunil Singh has weighed in on the potential court outcomes of today.
"The minimum is schedule 5 bail application, with that she will have to show an interest of justice for her to be granted bail, considering where it is.
“I do not think they'll be in the position to give a bail application. She may be remanded in custody unless there are other arrangements made with her legal representatives for her to be granted bail with condition."
