Faith Ogle Exclusive interview on husband murder 2 years
Faith Ogle holds on to the memories of her husband, a metro police officer who was gunned down while on duty.

Ogle was shot and killed when he unknowingly stopped a hijacked meat truck driving contraflow on the M7.

Within 72 hours, the Hawks and metro police arrested three men.

Two months later, another suspect linked to the murder was killed in a police shootout.

The remaining suspects are now standing trial in the Durban High Court, facing charges of murder, armed robbery, hijacking, and kidnapping.

For Ogle’s widow, Faith, the past two years have been a blur of trauma, grief, and court dates. She’s had to navigate a justice system that often moves slowly, while also raising their children and carrying the unbearable weight of loss.

In a powerful and personal interview, Faith opens up to Newswatch about her journey through grief, her struggle for closure, and the strength it takes to show up at every court appearance,  determined to see justice done.

This video is more than a tribute to a fallen officer. It’s a portrait of the woman still standing behind him.
