LIVE: Mboweni delivers #Budget2019
The Minister of Finance - will this afternoon deliver the 2019 Budget Speech before the National Assembly.
In a statement, Parliament says Minister Tito Mboweni - will in his maiden speech further detail the plans for spending and revenue collection of government programmes announced during the president's State of the Nation Address.
Economists expect the minister to address how the country's struggling state-owned entities will be financed, and investor confidence restored.
