LISTEN: Zuma speaks on fees crisis and the fate of universities in 2017
President Jacob Zuma has expressed confidence in what he says is an understanding between university students and government.
He has been fielding questions during a question and answer session in parliament this afternoon.
The first round of questions have been mainly centred around student issues - including fees, financial aid and the fees commission.
