The company installed CCTV cameras at his homes in Boksburg and the Eastern Cape.

Part three of the document - which focuses exclusively on the company now known as African Global Operations - was submitted to the Presidency on Tuesday night.

The report shines the spotlight on former minister Nomvula Mokonyane and continues to mount evidence against former president Jacob Zuma.

The report has found that Minister Mantashe benefited from Bosasa's corrupt dealings when the company installed CCTV cameras at his Boksburg home and in Cala in the Eastern Cape.

There have been harsh findings against former Minister Mokonyana - who the report says lied when she testified at the State Capture hearings on two occasions in 2020.

Chairperson acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo says, according to the evidence, it's clear that Bosasa did pay for Mokonyane's 40th birthday bash - despite her denials.

He also notes that there is extensive evidence of a wide range of benefits that Bosasa gave to Mokonyane and her family.

The report also continues to build on the recommendations in the previous reports that there is a case against former president Zuma.

In the case of Bosasa, Zondo found that it's reasonable to suspect that Zuma's actions was in breach of his obligations as President under the Constitution.

The Jacob Zuma Foundation allegedly received R300 000 a month from Bosasa, while he allegedly interfered in preventing government departments from cancelling Bosasa contract.

It once again refers to Zuma fleeing the Commission before he could be questioned about these issues or provide any answers.

The report concludes by saying the Executive under the leadership of Zuma, as well as senior ANC officials and a number of government department were all caught in this web of state capture.
