Wildlife officials in KwaZulu-Natal have welcomed the arrest of three suspected rhino poachers in the Eastern Cape.
They appeared in a Grahamstown court yesterday in connection with 10 poaching incidents in KZN, the Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga.

The suspects were caught in possession of a rhino horn worth an estimated R1.2-million value.
Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife's Cedric Coetzee says the syndicate of darting is a nationwide problem.
''This is a syndicate that has been illegally hunting rhinos in KZN, Eastern Cape and in fact the whole country. They are commonly known as the ones that are darting the animals and then removing their horns.
''Some of those that you would have found running around with no horns, this is normally attributed to this darting syndicate,'' he said.
