KZN Cogta to temporarily lead Mtubatuba, Richmond municipalities
Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs has taken control of both the Mtubatuba and Richmond local municipalities.

In a statement issued yesterday, Cogta said this marks the first time that this kind of intervention’s taken place in two municipalities in one day. Spokesperson, Lennox Mabaso says drastic action needed to be taken.
