Illovo man arrested after pregnant teen, child porn and drugs found at his home
Police are conducting further investigations into a heavily pregnant 15-year-old girl, who was found inside the home of a man who's been charged with possession of child pornography.
Members of the Provincial Organised Crime Investigation Unit and the eThekwini Metro Police were tipped off about alleged drug-related activities at the property in Illovo.
They went to the house on Sunday night.
Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele says officers found and confiscated crystal meth and cocaine powder.

Mbele says drugs with a street value of R94 000 were recovered.
"Police continued with the search, and they discovered child pornographic activities. Photos and videos of children were recovered and his cellphone was seized. The man was further charged for possession of child pornography.
"Investigating officers from the Provincial Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences, Serial and Electronic Crimes Investigation Unit are conducting further investigations regarding a heavily pregnant 15-year-old girl that was found inside the house.
"The suspect's vehicle was also seized for further investigation. Investigations to determine if the suspect is linked to other drug related crimes is continuing," said Mbele
The 33-year-old man appeared in the Amanzimtoti Magistrate's Court on Monday, also facing drug-related charges.
The case has been moved to the Durban Magistrate's Court where he'll apply for bail next week.
