IFP members and supporters say they're confident the party will deliver on its election promises.
Thousands streamed into Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium on Sunday for the launch of the IFP's 13-point manifesto plan.
Leader Velenkosini Hlabisa made a series of promises, including boosting employment and improving the education and healthcare sectors.
Londeka Ngubane travelled from Estcourt to attend the launch.

Another IFP supporter, pensioner Prudence Mancinza, came from uMkhanyakude.
"Most of the time, the IFP has been on full blast in ensuring our children get the assistance they require, especially those going to universities.
“It's been hands-on in helping our community, and my hope is that they win these elections."
