IEC hoping for successful elections
Updated | By Benedict Ngwenya

The polls will take place at some point between May 18 and August 16.
The IEC's Mawethu Mosery briefed the media in Durban yesterday.
He said political tolerance between all parties and candidates is essential.
"We are always worried about various events and incidents in our province, particularly the killings and violence in the hostels in and around eThekwini. The areas where service delivery protests take place would be a to worry us because they make the environment unstable for a good election to take place," he said.
