Four killed in crash on N2 in Kwambonambi

Emergency crews are at the scene of a horrific, double-car crash in northern KwaZulu-Natal.
Four people were killed in the collision on the N2 in Kwambonambi on Wednesday morning.
Craig Botha, who's with Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service says two others were hurt.
"Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that one patient had sustained critical injuries and was entrapped in the vehicle. They also found a second patient had sustained serious injuries."

"Together with rescue services, using specialized rescue equipment, the patients were extricated from the vehicle, stabilized on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment."
The cause of the crash is not yet known.
