eThekwini reopens more beaches as water quality improves
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
eThekwini Municipality has opened up more beaches, with the City saying the water quality continues to improve.

Several beaches have had to be closed for water-based activities over the past couple of weeks due to high levels of E.coli and pollution.
Action SA had threatened to take the municipality to court over the closure.
Today the City says the latest test results have shown the water at some of the beaches is now safe for swimming, surfing and other activities.
