The office will also facilitate the submission of business plans and help with service delivery acceleration.
Mayor James Nxumalo says the One-Stop Shop will make it easier to conduct business.
"It will help us to make sure that we are able to reduce time. It was also help to make sure all issues are dealt with in one centre and to grow the city's economy which will deal with issues of unemployment in the city and close the gap between the rich and the poor by attracting more investors but at the same time make sure that we are able to deal with the red tape," he said.
