Elderly man in court for murder of teen on Glencoe farm
An elderly man will appear in court on Thursday in Glencoe near Dundee connection with the murder of a teenager.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Thembeka Mbele says the boy was shot on Tuesday.
"A case of murder is being investigated by Glencoe SAPS. It is alleged that a 17-year-old male was shot dead at a farm in Glencoe.
"He sustained a gunshot wound on the abdomen and he died at the scene. A 68-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
"He will appear before the Glencoe Magistrate’s Court facing the charges of murder."
