EFF MPs removed from National Assembly during Ramaphosa Q&A
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
Some EFF MPs have been physically removed from the National Assembly after disrupting the start of President Cyril Ramaphosa's questions and answer sitting.
The red berets were insisting that Cyril Ramaphosa first address the foreign currency theft at his Limpopo farm.
The hybrid session began on Tuesday afternoon, but as soon as Ramaphosa began speaking, EFF members started raising points of order, facing off with Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.

Ramaphosa later resumed answering questions.

One of the issues that's been topical in the past couple of days is illegal migration, which the president has acknowledged is a challenge.
"We must remember that we are a democracy founded on the rule of law. Acts of lawlessness and intimidation and humiliation directed at foreign nationals, whether they are documented or undocumented, should not be tolerated.
"If migration is managed properly and occurs within the legal framework, those from other countries who are foreign nationals can contribute positively to our society."
