Durban dad pleads for help to find epileptic son
Updated | By Andile Tsotetsi
A Durban father has spoken of the distress he is in as the search continues for his missing epileptic son.

It's understood that 18-year-old Thato Khake left their house in Ntuzuma to go outside to use the outside toilet and hasn't been seen since.
He was spotted near KwaMashu on the same day nearly two weeks ago.
Thato’s father, Lifa Khake, says they are more worried because of the teen's neurological disorder.
"I went to the police station, and looked for him and couldn't find him there. They have no case. I also went to Polu Clinic, and there was no patient of the name of Thato. We've put up more than 400 posters.

"We went Mahatma Gandhi Hospital - I don't know, maybe four times. We went to forensics. We've put up KwaMashu, Nanda, Ntuzuma, Mtshebheni. It's getting harder and harder by the day.
Khake says the family is hoping for the best.
"It's so difficult for all of us, and we all deal with things differently, but you can just tell from what people think and what people are posting. You can tell they really are affected by what has happened, and it's been two full weeks now."
Police have confirmed that a missing person's docket has been opened at Ntuzuma SAPS, and that the search for the 18-year-old continues.
