Dolphin Coast M4 accident causes major delays
There's been a number of casualties in an accident on the M4 between Umdloti and Ballito.
It's understood the collision involved a minibus taxi and another vehicle.
IPSS Medical Rescue's Paul Herbst says the flow of traffic has been affected.

"Currently, there's one seriously injured patient that IPSS Medical Rescue is treating and transporting him through to hospital. The road is obstructed and the backlog of traffic is quite severe coming from Durban and the Ballito side," he said.
The road has been closed to traffic as medics attend to the injured.
