Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development Minister Thoko Didiza says the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a budget cut of just under R2 billion.
Speaking during the debate on her department's budget on Tuesday, Didiza warned that the budget cut will harm food distribution, as well as land redistribution and restitution.
