De Zalze murder case postponed
Updated | By Laila Majiet
The pre-trial hearing of murder accused Henri Van Breda was on Friday postponed to the 18th of November in the Cape Town High Court.
The State asked for the pre-trial hearing to be postponed as it is not ready to go to trial.
Van Breda's legal team, led by Pieter Botha, also told the court that they need more time to ensure that they are ready for trial on 6 February 2016.
Henri van Breda handed himself over to police in June, 18 months after an attack on his family which left his parents and his older brother dead and his sister seriously injured.
He is out on bail of R100 000, with the judge this morning extending it under the same conditions.

His younger sister Marli survived the attack, but sustained serious head injuries and is suffering from retrograde amnesia.
