Crestholme residents concerned about ongoing water cuts
Updated | By Lethiwe Mdluli
Residents of Crestholme near Waterfall, west of Durban are growing tired of excessive water cuts.

Resident, Dwain Dreyer says water cuts can go on for more than five days at a time due to burst pipes in the area.
He says water wastage is also a major concern considering the country's experiencing a severe drought.
"It's becoming ridiculous. The community is now demanding answers from the eThekwini Municipality. I have been visiting the site quite frequently where water pipes are bursting. Just in the month of February alone, I have recorded 17 days out of 28 with water outages," he said.
eThekwini says it is working on the problem.
"Our pipes are very old. Hence, we are in the process of changing our main pipe situated along Niagara Drive which is 1.6km line. That project is at its design stage and we hope that in the near future we will be able to implement it," Water and Sanitation's Bongani Hlophe said.
