Western Cape High Court Judge Nathan Erasmus has ordered the contents of the psychiatric report of alleged Parliament arsonist Zandile Mafe not to be disclosed at this stage.
Mafe appeared in court on Thursday.
"The Act provides that a party may dispute the findings in these types of these reports," says Erasmus.

He's facing various charges related to the catastrophic fire that gutted some of Parliament's buildings in January last year.
The report will determine if Mafe is fit to stand trial.
He is expected back in court next month when the contents of the report are set to be made public.
