Chatsworth hijacking turns deadly
An investigation is underway into a deadly shooting in Chatsworth, south of Durban.
Reports from the scene are that two suspects tried to hijack a vehicle in Bayview.
Security officials, who responded on Tuesday night, say the incident took place on Bluecrest Terrace.

While the circumstances aren't yet known, the driver's believed to have reacted, and allegedly opened fire on the pair.
Paramedics from Amawele Emergency Services say a man, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds, was declared dead on the scene.
His body was handed over to police.
The second suspect is believed to have run away.
