Updated | By ECR Newswatch
Prominent Americans and celebrities worldwide have taken to social media to pay tribute to the victims of the September 11 terror attacks, 15 years since the tragedy. Nearly 3,000 people were killed in a series of co-ordinated attacks. Hundreds of New Yorkers gathered at Ground Zero in New York to pay their respects while US President Barack Obama delivered an address at a remembrance service at the Pentagon - one of the sites of the attack.
