They were arrested on Sunday and Monday in Rustenburg and Bela Bela, respectively.
The Hawks have been investigating the 2020 incident at the President's Limpopo Farm.
Undisclosed amounts of foreign cash were stolen during the incident.
"The case of the two who appeared today was postponed to the 10th of November 2023. So that Frolina Joseph can get legal representation,” says the Hawks' Katlego Mogale.
"The two are being accused of theft and housebreaking at Phala Phala, and an additional charge of money laundering has been added to David's charge sheet."
