Bergville crash claims five lives
More details have come through about last night's horrific crash in Bergville in the Drakensberg.
Medics say three men and two women lost their lives when a car collided with a 4x4.
ER24 paramedics say when they arrived on the scene along with other personnel, they found the wrecked vehicles lying on opposite sides of the roadway.

The bodies of the three men and two women were found lying on the ground outside the car. Medics say there was nothing they could do to save them.
The three people who had been travelling in the 4x4 had suffered minor to moderate injuries, they were treated on scene before being taken to hospital.
There are no details at this stage on what led to the collision.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are underway.
