The African National Congress has unveiled the members of its newly reconfigured leadership in KwaZulu-Natal.

Party secretary-general Fikile Mbalula announced the new provincial task team in Durban on Tuesday afternoon.
"The following comrades are signed responsibilities: Provincial Convenor: Jeff Radebe, 1st Deputy Provincial Convenor: Weziwe Thusi, 2nd Deputy Provincial Convenor: Sboniso Duma, Provincial Coordinator: Mike Mabuyakhulu, Provincial Deputy Coordinator: Nomusa Dube-Ncube, Provincial Fundraiser: Nomagugu Simelane," he said.

Mbalula said the interim structure will oversee the stabilisation of the party in the province.
The reconfiguration follows the ANC's electoral decline at last year's general elections. It was reduced to the third-largest party in the KZN legislature.
"We are a party of 40 per cent, and we need to react to that differently,” said Mbalula.
“The priority now is how do we bring the ANC back?"
