Zandile Gumede is free to return to her position in the ANC and the KZN Legislature.

The ANC in KZN says that's the recommendation of the party's Integrity Commission to its PEC.
Spokesperson, Nhlakanipho Ntombela says the PEC received the report over the weekend.
He says the commission has suggested Gumede be reinstated immediately.

"The report confirmed that they had met Comrade Gumede."
She explained her situation.
"She further explained the delays in the court case, so having received all the explanations, the integrity committee was of the view that she should be reinstated in her position as a member of the legislature and a member of the regional task team." said Ntombela.
Gumede is accused of involvement in alleged tender fraud and corruption.
