Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
Durban is gearing up to host the annual Armed Forces Celebrations. The SANDF says it's happy with the growing public interest for the event - which will see various activities taking place over the next few days until Tuesday.

A convoy of military vehicles - including the air force - arrived near Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium this week.
A feature of the event includes a fan park at the old Drive Inn site where residents can enjoy a range of activities and meet recruitment teams.
While a military combat capability demonstration will be held at Durban's New Beach today.
SA Army Chief, Lindile Yam says all are welcome.
