2 accused of KZN mass murder to be sentenced

Two men who admitted to killing eight of their relatives in Mabheleni, inland of Mtwalume on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast are expected to be sentenced today.
The attack shocked the community, with government departments condemning the incident.
Thulani and Sibonelo Mncwabe are expected to know their fate when they appear before the Pietermaritzburg High Court today.
They pleaded guilty yesterday to eight counts of murder.
The pair hacked members of their family to death, including two young children, a teenager and an elderly man.
The family had been asleep when they were attack happened in the early hours of the morning.
The duo had apparently accused them of practising witchcraft.
