US CEO pays employees for sleeping!
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
No, you did not read wrong. A CEO in America is actually
paying employees who get a good night’s rest.

The incentive is not as ridiculous as it sounds.
Mark Bertolini, who is the boss at a health insurance company based in Connecticut, believes that there is a direct link between the productivity of his employees and the amount of sleep they get before they show up for work.
In other words, people who get less sleep are likely to be less productive, which could lead to lower profits because not enough work is being done.
Workers who get a minimum of seven hours of sleep - in a row - for 20 days, will get $25 for every night.
That’s a whopping (give or take) R7,260 for 20 days’ worth of good sleep.
Employees who think they can go clubbing on a week day, and fill out a form that claims they got the required amount of sleep, despite their obvious under eye dark circles, will be disappointed to know that the company can actually track sleep hours.
A fitness tracking app is used to monitor their sleeping habits.
