Ed Sheeran praises Norwegian singer Sigrid
"She's the coolest." Ed Sheeran is a big fan of Sigrid's music.
Ed Sheeran's recent performance in Oslo, Norway, featured a special guest artist.
Norwegian singer Sigrid joined him on stage to perform 'Don't Kill My Vibe'. The song is Sigrid's debut single, which was released in 2017.
"So fun rocking Oslo tonight with @sigrid hometown hero," Sheeran captioned a clip of their performance.
He also described Sigrid as "one of the coolest".
"Really appreciate her flying over for this show, felt only right to have her come and sing this for everyone tonight. I’ve loved her music for years, but now I know she’s as cool as I thought she was, if not cooler. Such a fun time. Can’t wait to hear the rest of the album when it comes out." Sheeran added.
The 34-year-old singer's visit to Oslo is part of 'The Mathematics Tour', which is also styled 'The +−=÷× Tour'.
He performed several of his biggest hits, including 'Shape of You', 'Bad Habits' and 'Thinking Out Loud'.
His latest singles, 'Azizam', 'Old Phone' and 'Sapphire', also featured on the setlist.
'Azizam' and 'Sapphire' are currently in the top top 20 on the ECR Top 50 with Styles.
Meanwhile, Sheeran is preparing for the release of his upcoming album, 'Play', which drops on September 12.
A mysterious TikTok page called Teddy's iPad uploaded a clip of Sheeran recording himself in a mirror using an iPad.
A snippet of a song, which has been identified as 'A Little More', plays in the background.
His fans are convinced he is teasing the track as his next single release.
"And one day, we'll all be dead/ But between now and then/ I never want to see you again/ I used to love you/ Now, every day I hate you just a little more," he sings.
The account first shared a teaser in June.
'A Little More' is track eight on Sheeran's new album. He has not announced the song as his next single.
"Who posted this? How did you get into my iPad?" Sheeran's official TikTok page commented on the post.
