The English star's birthday is extra special this year because she is in love with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Elizabeth Hurley celebrated her 60th by stripping down to her birthday suit.

The 'Bedazzled' actress shared a picture of herself completely naked outdoors.

"Happy birthday to me!" she wrote.

"This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and… I’m in love.

"Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world. Pic taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit."

Hurley made her relationship with country star Billy Ray Cyrus Instagram official in April.

The couple have been inseparable ever since, with the musician joining her in Italy for a red carpet event in May.

Some of Hurley's fans are not thrilled about their union, with some saying:

"This picture is photo proof of how difficult it is to find someone beyond the age of 40. Her… beautiful, smart, successful. Him… midlife crisis," one person commented on one of their pictures.

Another added: "No way would I date this guy. Trouble for sure, and she’s so beautiful."

The 'Achy Breaky Heart' singer's surprise romance comes less than a year after he finalised his divorce from singer Firerose.

He was previously married to Tish Cyrus, the mother of his famous daughter Miley Cyrus. The former couple also have two other children together: Braison and Noah Cyrus.

Billy adopted Tish's two oldest children, Brandi and Trace. He also has a son with Kristin Luckey named Christopher.

His children have expressed concern about his well-being in recent months.

In January, Trace penned an emotional letter urging him to get help after an eyebrow-raising performance at one of Donald Trump's inauguration balls.

"The day you adopted me was the happiest day of my life. Sadly, the man that I wanted so desperately to be just like I barely recognise now," he wrote.

"I don’t know what you’re struggling with exactly, but I think I have a pretty good idea & I’d love to help you if you would open up and receive the help. You know how to reach me. Till that day comes, I will continue to pray for you."

Miley and her father also went through a "really difficult" period following his split from Tish.

“My family and I have had a really difficult, dark decade. Half of us weren't speaking to each other at one point. We cleaned all that up," she said on a recent episode of Monica Lewinsky's 'Reclaiming' podcast.

"That was a really important part of my year; this year was all of my family putting those lines of communication back together... I had a lot of loyalty to my mom, the way that families do when parents get divorced."

She says they are working on their relationships.

"I just kind of bust through the pile that’s stacked, and just go, ‘I’m here. You’re here. Let’s start by having a good time together.' And then as we start bringing some happiness and joy into each other's life [sic], then we'll just be in a better place to have these conversations. ‘Cause I'd rather get it balanced first."

Billy is reportedly eager for his children to meet Hurley.

"He's very proud to be dating her and is convinced they will love her and that she'll be able to help smooth things over," a source told OK! magazine.

The mole added: "He's had a huge turnaround when it comes to his mistake of a marriage and has admitted he should have listened to Miley. He's begging her to forgive him. He's trying the same thing with Tish."
