Zuma hosts ANC victory celebrations in KZN's eDumbe region

President Jacob Zuma will make his first public appearance today - after a week of state capture report revelations.

Zuma is visiting the eDumbe area of northern KZN, following the municipality's local government election win there in August.

Hundreds of ANC supporters have already gathered in the area, and are waiting to be addressed by the president and provincial ANC chair, Sihle Zikalala.

The community will be thanked for the support and loyalty to the party, but it seems doubtful the turbulent political events of recent months will make it on the agenda today.
