Two cyclists seriously hurt in M4 crash
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
Two cyclists have been seriously hurt after they were hit by a car along the M4, southbound, just before the Umdloti off-ramp, this morning.

Details around the incident are still sketchy at this point. It is believed the cyclists were part of a larger group. A number of emergency services responded to the accident scene, including IPSS Medical Rescue.
The service's Paul Herbst says the driver of the car had stopped after the collision.
"Both cyclists sustained serious injuries and were transported by IPSS Medical Rescue and Netcare 911 to private facilities for further care," he said.
"Police are currently in attendance and there is a significant amount of traffic backlog on that road," Herbst said.
"The driver has stopped and police are busy with their investigation," he said.
