Suspended NFP treasurer's disciplinary hearing to continue tomorrow
Updated | By Lucky Khanyile
Suspended National Freedom Party National Treasurer, Xolani Ndlovu, says he doesn't know what to expect from his disciplinary hearing - which has been taking place today and will continue tomorrow.
The NFP suspended Ndlovu following the late payment to the IEC - which led to the party being disqualified from the August 3rd municipal polls.
Ndlovu has since taken the blame - saying he had a lot to deal with prior to the elections, and ended up confusing dates.
Ndlovu says he's not attending the hearing - and is being represented by his legal representative.
"If this matter comes out to be against me, I will have to exhaust all the internal processes in the party, because as you know - National Freedom Party is a party which has a very solid constitution. If I'm not happy with all the internal processes, then one will have to decide what need to happen next."
