Shahiel Sewpujan murder: Suspects back in court
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana

The child's body was found in a storm water drain in Phoenix in February last year three days after he'd been reported missing.
The trial which was scheduled to start this morning is on the roll until the end of this month.
However, the legal aid representative for accused one Kavitha Naicker was not present in court.
It's understood she had accepted the instruction to represent Naicker this morning.
Durban High Court Judge Dhaya Pillay requested Advocate Machunu Ndela representing the other accused to contact her and that she makes herself available to the court before the end of the day or for another legal aid representative to be appointed.
