Following the Constitutional Court's ruling yesterday that President Zuma should have adhered to the Public Protector's recommendations to repay a portion of the money spent on non-security features of his private homestead in Nkandla, we are asking listeners - does this put his fitness to hold office into question?

The ANC top six and affiliates have gathered at headquarters, Luthuli House to reportedly discuss the judgement handed down by the Constitutional Court yesterday.
The court had ruled that Parliament's failure to implement the Public Protector's findings was in violation of their constitutional duties.
While, the Public Protector has welcomed the ruling, saying this confirms the works of her Office in the matter were in line with the Constitution.
