LISTEN: SA still has debt to pay off: Gordhan
Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan, says South Africa's economic growth remains fragile.
Delivering his mid-term budget speech in parliament this afternoon, Gordhan said we need to make the most of investment opportunities.
Gordhan also says the country still has a mountain of debt to pay off.
The Minister also announced a much-needed cash injection for higher education, in a bid to address the daily crisis of fees protests.
