Fees protest: DUT students back in class today
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
The academic programmes at the Durban University of Technology will continue this morning.

Yesterday, thousands of students from various tertiary institutions gathered at Curries Fountain before marching to the Durban City Hall.
A memorandum of demands was then handed to a representative from the Durban Chamber of Commerce. As students gathered others at DUT's Ritson Campus headed to class and others to write tests.
Student activist Gazaza Nduli says they'll be mobilising more students in the fight for free higher education.
While Thobani Zikalala, a Howard College student and one of organisers of yesterday's march - says their fight is far from over.
"We want a determination from government which says when is the plan coming to roll out free education. We want to clear out this [perception] that the Fees Must Fall movement is only about universities. We want free education from early childhood development up until the first degree," he said.
Here's a look at yesterday's march.
