Hannes du Buisson, the spokesperson for the Broadcasting, Electronic, Media and Allied Workers Union, says they will be vehemently opposing the charges raising concerns about the rapid pace at which the proceedings are moving.
''The normal standard would be at least three days and longer a week or so. So it's clear that there is something fishy going on here and that hearing has been scheduled to inconvenience the particular employees," he said.
