Microsoft founder Bill Gates says the HIV/AIDS response needs to address key populations which include the LGBTi community and sex workers among others.
Gates has been speaking at the Durban International Convention Centre on day three of the International AIDS Conference.
Gates is part of a panel looking at speeding up the decline of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in sub-Saharan Africa.
