Dua Lipa will releasing a new album in 2024, and her fans will be pleased to know that she has many great options for the offering's final track list.

The English singer shared details about her third studio album during a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine.

She also talked about her recent single, 'Houdini', which was one of nearly 100 songs she wrote while working on her upcoming project.

"I have 97 songs. The amount of time I’ve spent in the studio, worked with different people, honed in on my craft, and written so many songs, I’ve also come into a place where I feel really confident in who I am and what I want,” she told Rolling Stone.

The 'Dance The Night' hitmaker added that her voice got stronger because of touring.

“There are so many different layers to the way I’ve progressed as an artist. It was very easy for me to not be deviated by all these other incredible artists.”

She wrote 'Houdini', which was released earlier this month, while on tour.  The song has reached the top 10 in several countries, and is currently at #4 on the ECR Top 40 with Danny brought to you by CTM.

Dua co-wrote the track with Norwegian singer and songwriter Caroline Ailin. Danny L Harle and Kevin Parker produced the song, while Tobias Jesso Jr. helped compose it.

There's no official release date for her new album, but it will be dropping next year. Dua is also keeping the album's name a secret for now.

She has previously stated that it will have its "own unique sound" compared to her previous two albums.

"It has a vision. It has a name, I think—for now. It’s just been fun experimenting. I’m always going to make pop music, but it has its own unique sound, which is exciting and something that feels like a movement from ‘Future Nostalgia’," the singer told Wall Street Journal in 2022.
