The Netherland’s Government, over the last 40 years, has facilitated the use of retired and semi-retired technical global industry experts (across industries) to mentor and assist local businesses in South Africa. Every year PUM brings down more than 50 experts to the KZN economy.
With the impact of COVID-19 and travel bans, PUM can now make use of technology to offer these powerful and practical coaching sessions virtually.

This program is targeted for medium-sized companies, head officed in KZN. The key requirements are:
- Must be South African owned
- Be in operation for a minimum of 3 years
- Have a turnover of less than R150 million
- Must have more than 20 staff
- No franchisees will qualify
- Industries Excluded: Printing / Paper / Packaging / Wood
